“Being a bit of a cheapskate, I was a bit sceptical about spending £35 on a tank top given that these can be incredibly cheap in Australia where I live. However, I was persuaded to give one of the SeS versions a go and it is INCREDIBLE.  Without doubt my favourite tank. The fabric is amazing: always silky without being slippery but doesn’t make me sweat like most of the ‘seamless’ tanks and their ilk seem to do, so never smells – in fact I kept forgetting to wash it because it always looks fresh and new however many times I wear it.  It is cut beautifully too.  Oh and it doesn’t lose colour like the bamboo ones.  Actually I was a bit miffed to hear that my efforts to be environmentally supportive by buying bamboo is not so supportive after all because the extraction process is pretty energy intensive, but it appears Sotto e Sopra have done their research and I can be assured that their fabric is as environmentally friendly as such a fabric can be.  I can honestly say that I have found the ultimate tank” - Jean Ridley-Thomas
