Returns Information
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Sotto e Sopra. If you would like to refund or exchange an item please return it to us in its original condition with tags attached & documentation (invoice/ receipt for payment) within 28 days of receiving the order. You will need to complete the Returns Form which we have printed on the back of your invoice. To help you ensure that the goods are returned in original condition we are providing a special Returns Sack of protective material in which which you can return mail the goods. Please ensure that goods are returned in this sack as we cannot guarantee refunds if the goods are damaged prior to delivery to our office.
If you would like to cancel your whole order you must do so within 7 days of receiving the order and return items as indicated above.
If the goods are returned as detailed above, we will issue a full refund for the price paid for the returned item, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred. When returning goods on which you have received a discount that discount will no longer apply if you fall below the discount threshold and the refund will be adjusted accordingly.
Please ensure that you fully complete all boxes on the refund form including the reason for return.
The product will be your responsibility until it reaches us. You will also be responsible for payment of postage for the return parcel. We recommend you obtain a certificate of postage when returning items and this costs nothing from the Post Office.

How to make a return
- Fill out your returns form printed on the back of your delivery invoice.
- Repackage your item in the addressed protective sack included with your purchase.
When we receive your return we will process it as quickly as we can.
