Ordering
Online:
Follow our simple start shopping process at www.sottoesopra.co.uk. Browse the full range of Sotto e Sopra products under the tops collection tab on the main menu. Then fill in the size and quantity you would like in the selector box on the screen, add it to your shopping basket. You can continue shopping and when you have selected all items follow the simple checkout process.
Ordering is fast and simple. If you are a new customer, you will be prompted to fill in your name and e-mail address as well as other relevant details and give a password to register on the Sotto e Sopra website (the name you fill in here will appear on your delivery note, keep this in mind when you are ordering a gift for someone else). Your e-mail address will not be used for unwanted e-mails (for more information see our Privacy Policy). When you’re happy with the details submitted, if the delivery address is different from the billing address, check the box below billing address and complete the details. The delivery address and your billing address do not have to be the same.
You are also able to choose the method of delivery. For more information on the delivery methods see Delivery. After you have chosen your delivery method, you will be taken to the payment section of the website. This is a secure website; all details you fill in here are private and confidential. No record of your card details will be kept on our database. Once you have filled in all card details correctly, click the ‘make payment’ button. Once your payment has gone through you will receive two e-mails. One to confirm that we have received your order and one to confirm that we have received the payment for your order.

Cheques should be made payable to Sotto e Sopra Limited. On the back please write your home address. Please note that we will require 5 working days for the cheque to clear before goods can be dispatched.
You have the right to cancel your order within seven days of receiving your Sotto e Sopra products.

Security Information
SottoeSopra.co.uk has a fully secure ordering system using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. All transactions between your browser and our ordering system are encrypted to prevent unauthorised access and to scramble your sensitive data.
We aim to give you maximum peace-of-mind when buying from us.
Stock availability
If an item is out of stock we will notify you by phone or email. If we’ve sold out you will be offered an alternative and we’ll tell you how long you will have to wait until new stock arrives. Should you wish to continue and place an order, please note that we will take full payment at the time the order is placed. The product pages of the site should signal those products that are currently out of stock.
Sotto e Sopra reserves the right to cancel any order if the product is no longer available. No compensation will be paid in such cases but customers will be reimbursed for the full cost of the order.
Sotto e Sopra dispatches all goods from its London office.
Pre-ordering Sotto e Sopra products
Normally it is not possible to pre-order Sotto e Sopra products, however you can express your interest in a product by emailing us at contact@sottoesopra.co.uk. As soon as the product you are interested in becomes available, we will contact you either by e-mail or by telephone, so you can order the products. We will keep the products reserved for you for one week after the product becomes available.
However, some special edition products will be available for pre-order. This will always be clearly marked on the product page. If this is the case, payment will be taken as soon as you place your order. The expected delivery date will be indicated on the product page. Your order will be sent out to you as soon as the products arrive in stock.
Amending or cancelling an order
If you would like to amend your order, please let us know by e-mail, or phone us. If you would like to add additional products to your order, please contact us directly by phone.
If you would like to cancel an order, please let us know as soon as possible, as we usually try to dispatch orders by the next working day. If the order has already been processed you will have to wait until you receive the order and then follow the normal procedures as detailed in our Returns Information.

Privacy policy
The information you give us is strictly confidential and will not be distributed to other parties. We will only use your personal details in the following way:
- To send you product information and updates via our newsletter (if you have opted in for this).
- To occasionally send you free promotional materials.
When you place an order with us, we will not retain any of your credit card details. When you would like to place another order, you will have to provide us your card details.
You can be removed from our database by logging into your customer account. Alternatively send an e-mail to contact@sottoesopra.co.uk.
Your Registration Information
Your account contains your delivery and billing details and a record of your orders. You will need your e-mail address and password to see or edit your personal details.
Password Information
If you can’t remember your Password, go to the Password Recovery form page, enter your e-mail address. You will be sent an email with simple instructions. Please be sure to write down your new password and keep it somewhere safe.
Please note that, for security reasons, our Customer Service team cannot see your password, so are unable to confirm it for you.
New Customer
If you are a New Customer, you will be asked to create an account as you go to through the checkout process. The benefits of creating an account include quick check out next time you shop and of course all the latest offers/promotions
Your Privacy
We will not disclose rent or sell any information about you to any third parties. The only exception is where it is a necessary part of providing a service to you – e.g. arranging for a product to be sent to you.
Checking your details
If you wish to verify the details you have submitted to Sotto e Sopra you may do so by signing into your account. You then have the ability to edit your details.
Cancelling an Account
Is very easy. Simply email us at customerservice@sottoesopra.co.uk and we will cancel your account for you.
